Still hoping for snow…

We are ever hopeful in our Kindergarten, that more snow will fall and we will get to build a snowman out on our front yard.  This week students discussed some things they might need to put on their snowman.   We even created pictures of snow globes, to try to encourage the weather to cooperate.  We explored the resist art technique again this week, using pastels to create our pictures, then washing them over with blue food colouring and water.  Let’s hope it snows soon.  In the meantime, enjoy our snow globe pictures:
